Don't panic!

We have tried to make the Helen Sharman Programme site as easy to use as possible - but inevitably there are some problems that turn up from time to time. The following covers the main likely sources of problems.

A general point: don’t panic! Just click on things to find out what’s available. You can’t do any damage! Any text which is underlined will take you to a new page and using the Back button on your browser will allow you to step backwards if you get confused. If all else fails click on the 'Helen Sharman Programme' button in the blue bar at the top of the screen to bring you back to the programmes introductory page.
