MANAGEMENT POLICY
The Foundation's management policy is:
- To maintain in-house core competencies in each relevant field, which primarily focus on the functional requirements of what is needed and on planning and managing the delivery of the facilities to time and to budget.
- To outsource implementation of the separate activities of the Spacelink Learning Service to a small number of carefully chosen quality partners and contractors, to achieve the creation of 'best in class' systems and services.
The Spacelink Learning Service will be regularly checked for quality and reliability.
